Iquitos - Nauta - Reserva Nacional Pacaya Samiria - Iquitos

Day 1: Friday - Arrival to Iquitos
05:00 pm. Arrival to Iquitos
Once you arrive at the airport in Iquitos, our staff will be waiting for bus to transport in the city of Nauta, 95 km from the city. 
MeDAY hours and travel a paved road where you can appreciate what is "Terra Firme" forest is not flooded up to the river port of the small town of Nauta, on the banks of the Marañón River, where it expects DELFIN.

07:00 pm. Arrival to Puerto de Nauta

In the third deck and observation room, using maps and videos, our guides will give you the plan and detail of their daily travel, the route, places to visit, wildlife and vegetation that spot, and geographical and historical background of the area.

Day 2: Saturday - Belluda Caño and River Dorado
07:00 am Buffet Breakfast
This will be your first morning and the smell of fresh coffee will last you feel that first, you will experience your first encounter with the Amazon forest and its spectacular views, and in the dining room will be ready to serve you all the best of local fruit and meat.

(a) Exploration Belluda Caño: climb aboard our auxiliary pipe to explore this beautiful part of the National Reserve Pacaya Samiria, known as "Forest of the galleries where the vegetation is mixed with an edge in the other , allowing different species of monkeys also be passed from one side to another. This area is rich in flora and will have the opportunity to see great diversity of bromeliads and learn a little more of the incredible ecosystem that is generated in its leaves. Various species of birds and monkeys are also part of this wonderful adventure. 
(b) Jungle Walk by Belluda Spout: We arrive at a primary forest, where there is good chance to see exotic birds that are not on the banks of rivers. On our way we will find the vegetation and wildlife typical of a forest not intervened as ceiba trees, vines, a variety of butterflies, monkeys, etc. Walk for an hour until you reach a beautiful lake of black water where we expect two traditional wooden canoes, large and very stable, built by the same people in the area for our own use in order to enjoy a sailing to rowing . The bird surprise, but everything can be in contact with the fish symbol of the rainforest, "the Paiche" protected species will appear, allowing you to have the opportunity to feel their movement and their breath around the canoe. 12:30 pm. Lunch

03:30 pm. Exploration of the Golden River 
This beautiful river of sewage that has a huge biodiversity of flora and fauna are also part of the reserve of Pacaya Samiria. Our main objective will be to spot the shy pink dolphins and surprising since the area is one of their favorite food. It will also most likely to see dolphins gray.

Day 3: Sunday – Ríver Puinahua RíverPacaya - Lake Atún Poza
05:30 am. Wake up call 
06:00 am. Pacaya River Exploration - Surveillance Since # 1 to # 2 
This morning you will be offered another exciting adventure thus enter the beautiful Rio Pacaya, an area protected from the Big Book, from the post Watch # 1, continuing our exploration of this amazing place. Our goal: howler monkeys, the largest in the Amazon basin, but also white and black caiman. Along the way we find monkeys monks, which at this stage will be known as yours, but also have the opportunity to see monkeys HUAPO, machine black and white, sloths, birds of different species, pink dolphins, among others. We arrive at a beautiful lagoon called YANAYACU where we can swim with dolphins. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy this experience. We continue our journey towards our final destination, the Rio Pacaya. 
12:30 pm. Lunch

04:00 pm. Excursion Lake Tuna Poza 
Beautiful lagoon, within the area of the reserve, where you can see a variety of herons, including the exotic "shansho" and CAMUNGO. Our guides will explain everything about these exotic birds. There are also many opportunities to see the social spiders, spiders that live in small communities of hundreds, their fabrics weave around trees, and enclosed within its threads like a gigantic network. 
Under the falling night, with a delicious cup of coffee and cookies to recover from the bath, we'll begin our return to the boat, armed with powerful flashlights searching the various species of white and black caimans that inhabit this area.

Day 4: Monday – Visit to the Community of Puerto Miguel and Ríver Yarapa
07:00 am. Breakfast - Buffet 
This will be your last breakfast on board, so it will be his last chance to try all those things that may not yet tested. Benefit for our kitchen staff will prepare only what you would like. 
08:00 am. Exploration Yarapa River and visit to Puerto Miguel community 
Visit the Commonwealth of Puerto Miguel, where we will have the opportunity to see and share the cultural richness and the wonderful talent of local artisans. You will be surprised the quality of work prepared from exotic woods, seeds, palm fiber, etc.. 
11: 00 am. Return to the boat 
We arrive at the source of the Amazon, an area of utmost importance because here is the origin of the formation of this majestic river, in the heart of the Amazon Basin. You can still enjoy the number of dolphins being fed at the confluence of these great rivers.

12:30 pm. Lunch

01:30 pm. Disembarkation 
At this time begin to return. Acoderados in our port of Nauta, ground personnel will be waiting to transfer by bus to the city of Iquitos, 95 km. away by road. Nauta is a small coastal town on the banks of the Marañón River, and was the first city that was founded in the department of Loreto. It also has the only road that connects the river to Iquitos Marañón. 
03:30 pm. Arrival at the airport in Iquitos
