4 Day Cultural Santiago
 

DAY 1: SANTIAGO
Reception at airport upon arrival and transfer to the hotel of your choice. Day at leisure for personal activities or optional tours.

DAY 2: SANTIAGO
Breakfast at the hotel. During the day we will explore the city of Santiago. Visit to the old Military School, O’Higgins Park, Cerro San Cristobal and modern and residential suburbs. We will also visit the Santiago Museum of Fine Arts, one of the most famous museums of the city which showcases national and international installations. Visit to Cousiño Palace to appreciate the furniture and interior design of the affluent “saltpeter era”. Lastly we will take an interesting guided tour through the Santiago Horse Riding Club before returning to the hotel.

DAY 3: SANTIAGO
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure from Santiago through Route 78 to Undurraga Vines, a traditional cellar founded in 1885 by the Undurraga family. Visit to the bottling plant, vine fields and park. Following a stroll through the ancient cellars visitors will be offered the opportunity of tasting traditional wines. Visit to the rustic town of Pomaire, known for its clay crafts followed by lunchtime. After lunch visitors will travel to the coastal resort Isla Negra to visit the favourite home of Pablo Neruda, the famous Literature Nobel Prize recipient of 1971. The guided visit will take guests through the life and personality of the great Chilean poet. Return to Santiago and respective Hotels at a convenient time.

DAY 4: SANTIAGO
Breakfast at the hotel. Transfer to airport at a prearranged time.
