DAY 01 – RIO DE JANEIRO - PARATY

• 8:00 a.m. Private transfer from Rio de Janeiro to Paraty (+- 3,5 hs) and at 12:00 p.m.; check-in to the selected accommodation. 
• Meet our local host at the inn reception . Special Lunch offered by our local team in a traditional restaurant in Paraty old historical centre
• After lunch – 2 hours cultural and historical walking tour around ParatyHistorical Centre with our local host. During this tour, the travellers will have the pleasure to go deeply into Paraty history and culture trough the privileged knowledge of our local host, who will also provide a true interaction between them and local people. After the tour, free time to appreciate the beauty of Paraty sunset.
• Free night for dinner and entertainment host’s suggestions in Paraty.

DAY 02 – PARATY

• After breakfast, in accordance with the traveller’s rhythm, our plan for this first day is to make a fantastic ecological tour at Saco do Mamanguá. This is a special and private 8-hour-tour that combines land and sea regions. The first part will be the exploration of the area aboard a traditional boat throughout the exuberant Saco do Mamanguá – a place full of astonishing views, where we will find a natural tropical fiord, bounded by mountains covered by the Atlantic rainforest and the mangrove swamp. Afterwards, we will take Canadian canoes to go through a river that crosses the well-preserved mangrove swamp until reaching the adjacent vegetation. Finally, let’s take a refreshing waterfall shower in the middle of the Atlantic rainforest, where we will stop for a quick meal offered by our team. The return will be done by trekking, exploring the Mamanguá region or by traditional boat in according with travellers preferences.

DAY 03 – PARATY

• After breakfast, we will go on a splendid 8-hour trek crossing paradisiacal beaches of white sands and clear waters, a place entirely covered by the Atlantic rainforest, waterfalls, and splendid views. This trek will lead the traveller to a fishermen village – a very nice opportunity to get close to the typical and isolated caiçara (Brazilian Fisherman) community, its traditions and cultural values. The return can be done trekking or by boat.
• A tasty meal will be offered by our team during this tour; however, traveller should consider the excellent possibility of having a traditional meal (costs apart) in one of the beaches.

DAY 04 - PARATY

• Free morning for relaxing and walking around Paraty or doing one of RSA´s optional activities.
• 1 p.m.- Private transfer back to Rio de Janeiro.
