CANCELLATION (by traveller)
Loss of monies paid applies to all cancelled reservations. The date of trip cancellation is the date on which the written cancellation is received by Real South America. The loss of monies paid is as follows, per person: 1) 60 days or more prior to trip departure - loss of deposit. 2) Between 30 and 59 days prior to trip departure - 50% of total booking cost of loss of deposit, whichever is greater. 3) Less than 30 days prior to departure - 100% of total booking cost -Airfare cancellation rules and fees are set out in the flight itinerary. Once you have departed Australia there is no refund for any unused travel services. No cacellation charges can be wavered. All refunds are at the discretion of Real South America and no overseas supplier `partner can approve a client refund on our behalf.
